JPF Built Heritage are retained as the Project Managers for the £4.8 million of capital works to the Vicars’ Close Project in Wells, in partnership with the National Lottery Heritage Fund , having successfully delivered the Development Phase over the last two years, and now preparing for the three year Delivery Phase, with conservation of the exterior of the entire streetscape and conversion of three properties to create visitor spaces due to commence in early 2025.
